How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 2–4 business days. Orders above $99 ship free; below that a flat $7.90 applies.
What is your return policy?
You can return any unworn item within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. Start a return from the track order page using your order number.
How do the sizes run?
Most MELONZ pieces are cut relaxed. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing down for outerwear and staying true to size for everything else. Each product page lists fit notes under Details.
Which payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards. This template ships with a demo checkout — no real payments are processed.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be changed or cancelled while they are still in the Processing stage. Check the current stage on the track order page.
